All of this prompted the VA to take action to build the VAAA to meet required certification standards for the future acquisition workforce.

The latest quick facts from department of VA presenting some astonishing figures
representing the needs of the Veterans. It is determined that almost 42% of our veterans are not aware of the Health Care benefits that they have. 36.6% could take advantage of the Education and Training benefit which they are currently not. The most concerning fact of all is that 32.3% don't know how to apply for the well deserved benefits. You can find more facts at http://www.va.gov/vetdata/docs/quickfacts/Surveys-slideshow.pdf
We at YAAV, feel that our students of Loudoun County could help veterans overcome the above challenges. This will give our students a goal and also help with a national cause.
